2. Realization of the documentary film on the history of Ba Dinh room.
3. Choice of objects and organization of a symposium for the estimation of the objects of the Ba Dinh meeting-room.
4. Establishment of the scientific directory of the historical site of the Ba Dinh room.
The 4 sus-mentioned points have been realized by the specialized services of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Center of Information, Library and Scientific Research, belonging to the Bureau of the National Assembly since 7/2007, and have received encouraging results, including all the problems relative to this important historical site.
However, to examine more deeply the documents around the 4 sus-mentioned points, the Committee of the Council of the project has set forth several propositions, recommending to specialized services to establish papers about all the documents relative to the site, because the new house of the National Assembly will be constructed at this site.
The Council of administration of the project has received the advices of the Committee of the Council and will order to the specialists to accelerate their works to put into files the immense quantity of documents of this extremely important historical site.
