Location of investment projects in the areas of wards and communes of Yen Giang, Lien Hoa, Nam Hoa, Quang Yen, Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province. Estimated total project investment of about 80,000 million VND, funds from the budget implementation of the state target program of cultural development.

The purpose of Conservation of Bach Dang victory historical relic, Quang Ninh province is gradually improving synchronous technical infrastructure, conservation objectives attached to mining and development, promotion of the value of the monument; travel planning associated with the relics, putting the conservation of cultural space objects, the intangible into the overall planning for conservation and promoting the value of the monument to the traditional education in patriotism for the next generation of Vietnam, introducing to internation about Vietnam national history, contributing to the development of socio – economic in Quang Yen town in particular and Quang Ninh province in general.

The Prime Minister appointed the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province to be host and collaborate with Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance and related competent organizations to implement and perform the project following the approved master plan and schedule as regulated in the Decree number 59/2015/NĐ-CP dated 18/6/2015.

Bach Dang River is famous for 3 victories made by our fathers in 938, 981 and especially the victory of the Tran dynasty defeating Nguyen Mong in April 09, 1288.
