The Vietnam National Museum of History is pleased to announce that the Museum will remain open to visitors as usual during the upcoming public holidays. The detailed schedule is as follows:

 

 
Holiday Schedule:

Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day (10th day of the 3rd lunar month):
From Saturday, April 25, 2026 to Monday, April 27, 2026

Reunification Day (30 April) and International Labor Day (1 May):
From Thursday, April 30, 2026 to Sunday, May 3, 2026

Opening Hours:

-         Morning: 08:00 - 12:00

-         Afternoon: 13:30 - 17:00

At present, the Museum is hosting the thematic exhibition entitled “Spring - The Dawn of Victory”, on display from January 6 until the end of July 2026.

On April 21, 2026, the Vietnam National Museum of History (VNMH) hosted a working session with the Korea Heritage Service, on the occasion of the Sate visit of the President of the Republic of Korea to Vietnam. The Korean delegation was led by Chairman Huh Min, accompanied by Mr. Lee Eun Seok, Director of the National Research Institute of Maritime Heritage (NRIMH) and other members. They were received by Mr. Nguyen Van Doan, Director of the VNMH together with Mr. Nguyen Quoc Binh, Deputy Director, and heads of the Museum’s specialized departments.
