During the tour of the museum's permanent exhibition, Comrade Liu Jianchao was introduced to special artifact collections that reflect the historical and cultural development of Vietnam. Typical examples include national treasures from the Dong Son culture, which showcase the advanced technical skills, aesthetic sensibilities and rich spiritual life of ancient Vietnamese people. Artifacts such as the Ngoc Lu bronze drum, Hoang Ha bronze drum, Dao Thinh bronze jar, and the Viet Khe boat-shaped coffin highlight this flourishing material civilization.  The collection also features artifacts from various Vietnamese feudal dynasties, including the Ly, Tran, Le, and Nguyen, serving as vivid evidence of the nation's efforts in building and defending itself, as well as the cultural and artistic achievements of Vietnam throughout history.

In response, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoan mentioned that the Museum has already cooperated with Chinese cultural agencies in the fields of research, archaeological excavation, publication, exhibition and human resource training. She expressed her disire for the museum to continue strengthening and expanding effective cultural cooperation with Chinese partners in the future.
