On the occasion of Reunification Day (30/4/2025) and International Labor Day (1/5/2025), Vietnam National Museum of History would like to announce that the permanent exhibition of Museum is open normally for visitors.


 
 The schedule is as follows:
During the 5-day holiday (From Wednesday, April 30, 2025 to Sunday, May 4, 2025)
- Morning: from 8am to 12pm
- Afternoon: from 1.30pm to 5pm
Also on the occasion of this significant historical anniversary, the thematic exhibition titled “Unified Vietnam” will be launched at the Vietnam National Museum of History (located at 216 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi) from April 22, 2025, until August 2025.

On July 1-2, 2026, the Vietnam National Museum of History (VNMH) in collaboration with Da Lat University and Japanese conservation experts, organized a professional training workshop on the conservation of waterlogged wooden artifacts by the Trehalose method. The workshop serves as an important preparation for the project "Conservation of Ancient Waterlogged Boat in Vietnam by the Trehalose Method", while promoting the application of advanced conservation technologies for Vietnam's cultural heritage.
