Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, the director of Vietnam National Museum of History (VNMH) – The Chairman of ANMA presided at The 4th Executive Committee meeting of Asian National Museum Association
Attending the meeting, there are representatives of ANMA members includes: Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, director of the VNMH, chairman of ANMA 4 – presides in the meeting; Mr. Huang Zhenchun – The deputy director of China NationalMuseum; Mr Kong Vireak - the director of Cambodia National Museum; Mr. Venu Vasudevan Managing director-NewDelhi national Museum, India; Mrs. Intan Mardiana Napitupulu – the director of Indonesia National Museum; Ms. Nanda Amara Wickramasinghe - the Sri Lanka National Museum Bureau; Mr. Masami Zeniya , the director of Tokyo National Museum, Japan; Ms. Mandakini Shrestha, the director of Nepal National Museum; Mr. Kwak Dong Seok - Deputy Director of Korea National Museum; Mrs Phetmalayvanh Keobounma – the director of Lao National Museum; Mr. Kamarul Baharin Bin A.Kasim - the director of Thailand National Museum; Mr. A Lan Chong – the director Asian Civilisation Museum ;

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, the director of VNMH in the role of chairman ANMA 4 has outlined some of the results achieved in terms Vietnam was elected chairman of ANMA 4 and given some problems in order to members of Executive Committee consider.
After discussion, the representatives of Executive Committee ANMA unified some basic points:
- The Initiation of new member for Lao National Museum
- Site of the 5th annual conference of ANMA will meet in Singapore . Asian Civilisations Museum, Singapore will host ANMA 5 .
- Conference elected the chairman of ANMA 5: Mrs A Lan Chong, the director the Asian Civilisation National Museum, Singapore.
- The construction ANMA website will maintain and continue to develop with the participation of members in which the main role is host country .
- The construction of ANMA General Activity Funds will be difficult but need to be discussed in order to find suitable solutions in each phase.
- The Member of Executive Committee unified and signed the Memorandum of the 4 th Executive Committee meeting of Asian National Museum Association.
