In order to implement the Resolution no.25 issued by the Seventh Conference of Central Executive Committee XI on “Strengthening and renovating the Vietnamese Communist Party’s leadership to the mass mobilization in the current situation” and respond to the “Year of Mass Mobilization, 2014”. On 15/5/2014, VNMH held a talk with subject “Strengthening and renovating the mass mobilization”.
The talk was attended by Mr. Bui Minh Quang - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of Mass Mobilization Department for Government Agencies. Dr. Nguyen Van Doan - Deputy Director of VNMH, Secretary of Party Cell II; Dr. Vu Manh Ha - Deputy Director of VNMH, Secretary of Party Cell III and VNMH’s officers and workers.

Within a limited time, the speaker Bui Minh Quang has highlighted issues such as, how is the mass mobilization important, the methodology in the mass mobilization, particularly the democracy at grassroots level.
Actually, following the Resolution of the XI Central Party Executive’s Conference on “Strengthening and renovating the Party’s leadership to the mass mobilization in the current situation”, the VNMH has built a basis democracy regulation in terms of the operation regulation and internal accounting regulation.
The talk so that is highly appreciated for the useful information and knowledge provided, helps to increase the conception on mass mobilization for the VNMH’s party members, officers and workers.
