Backdrop

Bronze wares have marked a milestone in our country development. Thousands of bronze items of many types have been preserved in VNMH. However, there have not many studies on such items, causing obstacles in exhibit activities.

VNMH officers

The study contains 3 parts describing bronze objects in groups of worship, ritual items, instruments, house wares, and powerful representations. Despite some disadvantages, this study is highly appreciated for its useful information and for the author’s hard working efforts. It is a valuable document to support museum exhibit activities and Vietnamese bronze history studies.

In the afternoon, another 7 drafts of 2014 academic scientific studies have been also represented to the council.
