On 22/10/2013, on behalf of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr. Nguyen Van Tan - Director of Organization and Personnel Department made an announcement and handed an appointment letter to Mr. Nguyen Van Doan, Head of Research and Collection to be appointed as Deputy Director of VNMH. (According to Decision no. 3609/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated 21/10/201).

Speaking at the appointment, Mr. Nguyen Van Tan stated that Mr. Nguyen Van Doan has received 43/43 confidence votes and 5/5 votes made by executive board. This highlights the full consent and solidarity among VNMH leaders and all staff. Doan has proved his ability and contribution to the professional achievements and made good impression to ministry’s leaders. He is at the age to be mature enough to perform both professional and managerial job. Mr. Tan also expressed his belief in the capability that Doan shall perform and catch up with new position.
