On the morning October 8th, 2013, the session of ANMA Executive Board have received consensus of the members with the proposed initiative by Vietnam National Museum of History. The members of 4th ANMA Executive Board agreed to sign a general memorandum at the meeting.

On the afternoon October 8th, 2013, the conference of 4th ANMA opened with the participation of the ANMA delegations and nearly 200 domestic delegations and delegation of Museum of Guangxi xhuang autonomous region.
The conference had the honor to welcom Mrs. Dang Thi Bich Lien, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
After the end of the session, the delegates attended the opening ceremony of special exhibition “Asia – the colorful culture”. The exhibition have hundreds of artifacts which are valuable cultural heritage of the Asia countries.
The conference had the honor to welcom Mr. Hoang Tuan Anh, Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. He attended the opening ceremony and speech about the conservation of heritage and duty of museums, especially Vietnam National Museum of History.

Vietnam National Museum of History held a party for the delegates and special guests of the 4th conference of ANMA.
The delegates were enjoyed Symphony of the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra and the folk song of Bac Ninh province. The party took place in a cordial atmosphere.

On October 9th, 2013 the delegates will visit some typical relics in Hanoi.
