Launching the thematic exhibition: “From the Museum Building of EFEO to the Vietnam National Museum of History” and the ceremony to receive the artifacts returned to Vietnam by the United States of America at the Vietnam National Museum of History

On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Museum building’s inauguration (1932 - 2022) and the celebration of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23, 2022), the thematic exhibition titled “From the Museum Building of EFEO to the Vietnam National Museum of History” was launched at the Vietnam National Museum of History (VNMH) on the morning of November 18, 2022. At the same time, the ceremony to receive the artifacts returned to Vietnam by the United States of America was also held at VNMH.

The Minister - President of the French Community of Belgium (Federation Wallonie-Bruxelles) visited the Vietnam National Museum of History

Launching the thematic exhibition: “Baekje & Jeju: From Korean Heritage to World Heritage” at the Vietnam National Museum of History

The thematic exhibition titled “Baekje & Jeju: From Korean Heritage to World Heritage” was launched at the Vietnam National Museum of History (VNMH) on the afternoon of September 16, 2022 to mark the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and South Korea (December 22, 1992 - December 22, 2022). It held by the Baekje World Heritage Center in collaboration with the Vietnam National Museum of History.

Scientific seminar "Preservation and Restoration of archaeological objects”

Within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the Vietnam National Museum of History and Dak Lak Museum, the two museums have coordinated to research and conduct archaeological excavations at Thac Hai relic (Hamlet 6, Ia Jloi commune, Ea Sup district, Dak Lak province), period 2021 - 2023. In addition, the preservation and restoration of archaeological objetcs after excavations for the purpose of propaganda, education and exhibition is also an important content of this agreement.

The thematic exhibition titled “The great friendship and special solidarity between Vietnam and Laos” was launched at the Vietnam National Museum of History (VNMH) on the morning of July 18, 2022 to mark the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations (September 5, 1962 - 2022) and the 45th anniversary of the signing of the bilateral Treaty of Amity and Cooperation between Vietnam and Laos (July 18, 1977 - 2022). On June 22, 2022, the Vietnam National Museum of History (VNMH) had a meeting with the delegation of Baekje World Heritage Center.
